  Help! help! help...my 'puter is trashed...

  i don't know what happened.... but my 'puter just got hammered!

  i got some kind of virus or spyware or something.... i have used several "anti-spyware" programs to try and "fix" it...to no avail...i've had microsoft anti-spyware since it came out, and it's up to date.

  i tried to install norton 2004 internet security... can't even get it fully loaded.

  My favorite Valentines day: We went to the store to get Mother-in-law a card. While we were there, we said we would find each other a card. When we found them, we exchanged them, said how nice and pretty they were, and put them back. That saved $10.00. Then we walked past the florist. They had 2 doz ready to go out in a vase. I told him I would really like that. He said "Consider it yours". We laughed all of the way to the car. That saved about $100.00. Then we went to the movies and out to eat.

  For old married folks, I still consider that my favorite date. We could have bought the card and flowers, but it was fun, different, and I knew if I really wanted them I could have had them. But I really didn't. I would rather know he would have. HL

  What musical instrument do you play?

  i spent many many years peforming on the cello before becoming a witness at 18 and being encouraged to quit all my symphony associations etc which i obediently did.

  i was a soloist once with a community symphony and it was a wonderful experience!

  i have a recording of the concerto i performed.

  I'm with Mulan. I played violin. I was once quite good. Played in assemblys orchestra. Didn't take it with me when I moved away from parents. Mom gave it away. HL

  Get a bird. We have a cockatiel. It talks, likes to cuddle when we take her out, Is just happy being in a cage or out. Doesn't have fleas. Doesn't climb on your cabinets and shed. Not much upkeep. Does not kiss and tell. Enjoy your time by yourself. HL

  Aude there seems to be a very severe HIPPA violation. I would be very interested, as should you, as to how a elder came to know you were there. HIPPA is a privacy act, There are severe consequences for violations. Who told , when and to whom? Nurses, computer, grapevine? If it came from the hospital, I would get to the bottom of it. Glad you are doing well HL
